The hydraulic air cooled cooler shall be installed on the oil return line. No filter shall be fitted after the oil outlet; the oil must return to the oil tank through bare pipe. If a filter is required, install it in front of the oil inlet to prevent the cooler from bursting under over pressure.
The hydraulic air cooled cooler should be mounted in a position with good front and rear ventilation. In case of wall obstruction, keep a minimum clearance of 500 mm between the air cooled cooler and the wall.
In addition, the hydraulic air cooled cooler is mainly made of aluminum alloy, which is not resistant to acid and alkali. Therefore, the medium passing through the cooler shall not be corrosive to aluminum materials. For dusty working conditions, a dust proof net is recommended. Clean dust regularly to prevent deterioration of cooling performance.
