The aircooled cooler uses air as the cooling medium to exchange heat with hot media (commonly hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, heatconducting oil, antifreeze, compressed air, etc.), so as to achieve cooling and temperature reduction.
The working principle of the aircooled cooler is as follows: firstly, the hot medium flows inside the internal passages of the cooler and transfers heat to the cooler surface; then the heat is forcibly removed by the fan.
Factors affecting the heatexchange performance of aircooled coolers:
1.Ambient air temperature. As the cooling medium, lower ambient air temperature brings better cooling performance.
2.Heat exchange area of the cooler. The larger the surface area involved in heat transfer, the better the heatexchange performance.
3.Fan air volume. The greater the supplied air volume, the more heat can be carried away.
